EPOLOCK 1300
EPOLOCK 1300 is a solvent-free, two-component pure epoxy anchoring system designed for heavy-duty structural and rebar applications. It provides exceptional bonding and load capacity in cracked and uncracked concrete, with expansion-free performance. Its extended working time ensures reliable installation for horizontal, vertical, and overhead applications under static, dynamic, and seismic loads.
Product Properties
- Exceptional Load-Bearing Capacity: The highest load-bearing capacity in cracked and uncracked concrete.
- Suitable for Seismic Loads: Designed for use in static, dynamic, and seismic loading areas.
- Strong Adhesion in Harsh Conditions: Powerful adhesion even in wet or water-filled cavities.
- No Thermal Expansion Stress: Ideal for close-edge and short-spaced anchor placements.
- High Thermal and Chemical Resistance: Dimensional and mechanical stability at high temperatures (HDT: 68.6°C) and excellent resistance to corrosive chemicals.
- Wide Range of Applications: Compatible with a wide range of anchors (M8-M30) and rebar (diameter 8 to 32mm).
- Free of Styrene and Low VOC: Safe for use in enclosed spaces and environmentally friendly.

Comprehensive Execution Guide
- Drilling: Create the hole with the specified diameter and depth by using a twist drill or core drill, as indicated in the construction drawings.
- Cleaning (Crucial): This step is essential for achieving maximum adhesion.
- Step 1: Blow out dust with at least 4 blasts of compressed air from the inside of the hole.
- Step 2: Using a wire brush appropriate for the hole diameter, clean the inner walls at least 4 times.
- Step 3: Blow out any remaining dust with another 4 blasts of compressed air to ensure the cavity is free of any loose particles. The rebar or bolt must also be free of grease, rust, or contamination.
Preparation and Injection:
- Open the cartridge cover and install the static mixer nozzle.
- Step 1: Insert the cartridge into the injection gun.
- Step 2: Inject a small amount of adhesive (to the length of the nozzle) outside the hole to ensure complete mixing of the two components and a uniform color mixture.
- Step 3: Insert the nozzle to the end of the hole and simultaneously, while injecting, gently pull it outward to fill approximately two-thirds of the cavity.
Anchor Installation:
Push the rebar or bolt into the adhesive-filled cavity in a rotating motion until the excess adhesive flows out of the cavity’s opening. Avoid moving it until the initial setting has occurred.
